Would anyone like to guess which minorities did this? There were probably 5 or other bass this side just thrown on the side of the road.
>>1017505I don't think this really matters for bass.
>If you're worm fishing, you might like a slower retrieve, but if you're throwing crankbaits, you want speedThis is actually the opposite of what most pros do. They usually want a higher ratio to pick up slack in the line before setting the hook with worms and generally their cranking rods are in the 5.1-6.8 range.
I personally prefer 7.1 or higher for everything bass wise. I've never felt like I didn't have enough cranking power, and I use the rod to muscle fish if I need to. If I get a dedicated saltwater memecaster it would probably be in the 6.1 area.
*** I'm not saying you're wrong if that's what you use to fish. Just saying what the pros do. ***
>>1017491That's awesome. Keep on keepin on.
>>1017559I honestly don't know. I just thought its eyes were pretty and I've never said that about a fish before.
