Far too tall, lots of apples so far up they are impossible to reach. I bought a telescoping apple picker, which in addition to being a huge slow pain in the ass to use, can't reach the highest ones. After picking what we can, we give it a shake to get the rest out.
Excellent for pies, we usually peel, bag and freeze enough for 30+ pies most years. I started making apple butter last year.
Some years the blossoms are insane, this picture is from 2 years ago. Last year frost zapped the flowers as they formed and we had maybe 2 dozen apples total.
