Just use the Dunhill butane. It burns cleaner, and you get a brighter, more even flame. I even use it in my janky ass Ronson butane torch lighter, and it's an improvement. Probably not enough of an improvement to justify using it in a cheap lighter, but it really is better.
If you just want to use a cheapass disposable Bic, there's nothing wrong with that. There's also nothing wrong with using something that has a bit of class and was purpose built for smoking. Next you'll whinge about someone buying a carved meerschaum pipe with amber stem when they could be using a cheap pipe from the fucking pharmacy, and claim the only reason anyone would buy one is to show off how much money they have.
Maybe people like nice things, eh? You use your dollar store shit, I'll use my fancy gold lighter, and neither of us has to shit all over the other to enjoy what we've got.
