>>1633871i used to take my klr650 fishing all the time. all you really need is a dirt bike and a top-load backpack. i'd definately say get something from japan; kawasaki, yamaha, honda, and suzuki make decent dirtbikes. if the -only- goal is to go anywhere, get a tw200 they have fat tires a low as fuck first gear, are light, and just go over everything. they're not the fastest, most comfortable, highest performance, best power/weight ratio or power/cc ratio, but they are shit all reliable, go anywhere, and you can still have plenty of fun on them. also relatively cheap to maintain, and road legal.
