Recently went on a 4 day small game hunt/camping trip, All my liquids were freezing in my tent it was so cold, decided to sit outside in the snow shirtless like OP pic related. Followed the breathing technique & actually started feeling strangely warm.
He recommends ice baths as well but I don't do that very often. I probably should though.
