Shit tier- while perfectly functional at keeping out bugs will not withstand high winds, heavy rain, snow accumulation, ect (just when you need it to!)
And "up". You really can fit in many catagories between shit tier and God tier. So few really come in at the $100 mark.
I personally LOVE my Alps Mountaineering Chaos 3. Withstood a savage AZ monsoon (high winds combined with very heavy rain!).
But it was more than $100.
