Oatmeal is cool if you like it, nice to have something hot but i prefer muesli
>Mix Oats, Brown Sugar (honey if you're rich), oil (coconut oil if you're rich), pinch of salt and generous cinnamon
>proportions do not matter at all, you'll just get a different thing depending on what you do. More fat & sugar will make clusters, hardly any will make individual oat pieces
>spread mix out on a baking tray and toast until golden
>mix as cooking, spread outer edges to center to evenly cook
>toast peanuts & almonds on a baking tray (and expensive nuts like macadamias & hazlenuts if you're rich) until golden
>do each kind of nut seperate trays as they take different times
>toast coconut flakes (indian wholesaler cheapest for these, and other stuff)
>acquire banana chips, dried cranberries, whatever (don't add a lot of dried apricot, it's cheap, but gives you the shits)
>mix all together
Extremely calorie dense because you can incorperate a lot of fat and sugar (plus nuts and dried fruit which are fat and sugar), tasty, can be cheap, low & high gi carbs, protein, and doesn't require cooking later
