Tomatoes probably show the biggest variability. I usually grow cherry ones, datterini (don't know the english name, the one that are cherry size but longer), and costoluto fiorentino (pic related). Mostly eat them fresh, i would kind of like to try and make sauce but i'm not sure it's worth all the work for the proper sterilization, since i'm doing this mostly as a hobby.
