>>327456Combat packs aren't meant for hiking. Those things are meant to be flexible in combat situations and you can't carry a lot in them. They're also not very comfortable for long distances, something they were never intended for. I suppose you could use them for UL hiking. Otherwise I recommend Lundhags or Haglöfs. Neither company has ever failed me. Stay away from arc'teryx though. Their stuff is great for casual stuff like globe trotting and carrying loads of gear short distances, but that's about it.
