I loved the convex edge and it was perfect for peeling/eating apples. That's all that I used it for. Maybe 5 apples during a 2 month span. I used it today, and when I wiped the blade with a dry paper towel once I was done, it left a strange, grey residue.
Is this normal? Is it safe to eat? Has anyone else experienced this?
