>>2039283The point depends on what you are doing out there. I personally use one for things I do not want crushed in my pockets such as berries or moist pieces of punk wood. I have one that I will sometimes carry on a belt and it is nice because I can can gather tinder or bark that will not fit in my pockets. The sweet spot is having one that can fold down into a belt pouch or realizing that you do not need one. I guess they would also make a decent game bag that you can wash easily if there is blood on it.
