We meet at loch trool on the friday, this time on the north side of the loch, at the Bruce's stone
From there we hike in around 1 mile to a secret bothy, Culsharg
We'll stay friday night at Culsharg then on Saturday make an ascent of the Derrick (843m), then come down the east face of the mountain, to Loch Enoch- at Loch Enoch we can set up camp for Saturday night
Sunday, we pack up from Loch Enoch and head back down to the start point
Looking at it right now, it doesn't seem like too hard of a hike, I think we'll all manage it piss easy. Only concern is if we get weather like last time which turns things into an absolute mission
Looking at this being on the weekend of the 26/27th November
Meet on Friday 25th November at the bothy , then we do the actual hike on 26/27th November
The ground will most likely be boggy so make sure your feet are waterproof
majority of the going will be walking through moor terrain, there is supposed to be a well maintained path up the merrick but after that its just mush
