But I rather have hassle than compromise on quality.
I'l get some vinegar and see if that helps in removing the smell.
Also pic related, the best way to make brown rice, addressing things like anrsenic contamination which is pevelant, boosting nutritional profile a bit and increasing natural flavors. Also lets you have massive control over the firmness/softness and crispy/crunchy to your own taste.
Satisfies that chewing/crunchy need for me so I don't have to eat potato chips or similar.
