>>2157722I accidentally gut hooked this one but I think it was because I let him swim too far before tightening my drag down and reeling him in. It was also an eye-up circle hook instead of a straight-shank but IDK which of those is ever better. I also sometimes guthook dink flatheads because they'll just sit in the same spot with the bait in their mouths and are too small to feel on really long casts.
