I work with a guy who is the last producer of printed neoprene wet-suits for the navy. He can jack the price up to whatever the hell he want's per suit and could sew them with shit quality if he wanted too because he has no competitors. I doubt boot manufacturers would care any more then he did. They got a massive ass contract to fill and without the proper funding most producers have to cut corners to make ends meet.
