Going on a hiking trip in 2 weeks, how can I prepare myself? I've been lifting, but not doing cardio. Thinking of just adding stair stepper after lifting, and running a couple miles most mornings. Any ideas? I'm 6'1 150lb if that matters.
Also, I haven't any proper hiking boots (not even running shoes), but I'm not going to be doing anything difficult. Would some cheap (<$40) boots be worth it?
