Most of the time these days, the cops will just tell them to move along rp a different spot or if they do make an arrest, the crackheads will only get held overnight. In either case, theyd be looking for whoever ratted them out (and then you have crackheads hunting you).
If theyre at their spot, they wont stray more than a 20 minute walk, so you might want to look further out of town or on the otherside of town for your setup.
