Me and fiance have about 50k saved up which I think might be enough to get a homestead going, would be pretty cool if we could make it livable over the next few years because we're never gonna be able to afford a home in our state. Only issue is I live in CO where there's few counties you can live in anything under 600 sqft or without a septic tank so this might only be possible in another state. What do you guys think of this shit
