Had my first elk hunt this fall and killed a nice 5 point bull. The logging road on the way to my buddys camp is closed to motor vehicles and posted quite obviously. That doesn't stop recreators and hunter alike from ignoring or straight up tearing out the gate and driving up anyway, because 3.5 extra miles to the trailhead is too much for some folk. PEOPLE litter, vandalize and generally degrade the outdoors. If you want it to improve do some volunteer work in your area or donate to a wildlife organization that works to improve habitat.
Also the pacific flyway is in shables and green tree reservoirs are dying. Duck hunters are the ONLY people I talk to that give a fuck about the health of these wetlands, because no one else wants to trudge through that kind of habitat.
