Virtually every animal does that for me but none of them make me as truly ecstatic as snakes do. I love them so much. I hate that I've never found a rattlesnake or an eastern indigo.
I have a ton of other favorite animals as well, some that I can think of right now are:
Crocodilians
Weevils. I love beetles in general but weevils are my favorite because of how strange and cute they are.
Moths and butterflies, along with their larvae. The bigger the better.
Slugs/Snails
Flatworms. It kills me that the flatworms I most often find are invasive.
Cranes and other similar birds. I like ibises because of their beaks, but I also love great white egrets for how plain gorgeous they are.
Turtles/Tortoises. I particularly like the Gophers and Flatshells that live in my area.
Spiders. Especially the big/strange ones. My favorite spiders where I live are wall crab spiders.
Centipedes/Millipedes. They're pretty much snake-bugs so obviously they're wonderful.
Possums.
