Central Jersey is bad for camping tho. Basically the closer you get to NYC the worse.
But fishing is another story, Hudson is at least fishable and our beaches are great for fishing. Then the Delaware, and the three big lakes in the middle like round valley which is a beautiful resivior.
There are a lot of parks you can bike in but I'm no expert in that, just see a bunch of trail bikers in any park.
We got some good trout too.
It really all depends what part of jersey you are in. It really all changes quickly
