and i take advantage of that i go behind private property and fish while in the water from time to time
it is completely legal as long as i dont trespass to get there ( i usually just get in the water and wade there) i have had the cops called on me many times and i usually leave when asked if asked nicely
usually the cops are dicks about it and the game wardens support me since i know a few of them and they know what im doing is legal
i have had cops try to physically drag me off of the property when im doing nothing wrong and when the game warden/ranger shows up and they get told then run away with their tail between their legs
