>>934268Yeah the Chain O' Lakes and the Fox River can be kinda a clusterfuck on the few summe weekends with nice weather. The wakeboardere, water skiers, and kids on tubes are probably one of the worst parts tho. Those lakes and especially the river aren't that big.
I remember being on the river a few years back on a nice Sunday on Memorial Day weekend and it was a clusterfuck. Some dude in a big ass ocean sized speedboat would cruise through at like 40mph and the wake would send tidal waves from shore to shore for like 5min, then we would be rippin on the jet skis at like 50mph and all of a sudden boat full of kids towing a wakeboard would come around the bend and fling the kid off the rope right in front of us. That was always fun because jet skis don't turn when you let off the throttle so when you're cruising and some kids who fell off a tube appear out of nowhere, you just have to turn the bars and gas it and fly around them and they freak out.
