For starters, build a dedicated, elevated sleeping platform. This will help with storage as well as you can arrange your things below or beside it depending on how you build it and you won't be fussing with your bed everyday.
Invest in a nice gas stove/grill and some cookware. Cooking dank food will keep you happy and busy if you want to make more elaborate meals. 4wd Action's Youtube channel always has some amazing recipes that are usually one-pot meals. Maybe invest in a roof top awning and folding table and chair so you can set up and chill outside. You will be surprised how much happiness comes from the good food you will cook.
Survival gear/medical is extremely important so matter where you are. I ran into a very hairy situation once when I was only 15 miles outside Boise, ID which could've resulted in the death of my best friend if I wasn't prepared. Shit can hit the fan anywhere. Basic medical/first aid kit is great, IFAK/trauma kit a plus on top of that. Blunt trauma kit, IV starters/lines and 0.9% Sodium Chloride IV bags if you want to be pro level.
Invest in a nice sound system or bluetooth system for when you're chilling outside so you're not running your van. Get some string lights or outdoor lights. Make yourself comfy anon, you'll be glad you did. Hope this helps
