I've come up with an idea for shelter. I'm doing to try and construct a tipi from a very large tarp over the next few months. But not like those shitty ones people throw together, but like real full on native style tipi made to order. That way I can just haul in the tarp and some steel tent pegs and minimize my load. I will post pictures when it's complete and when I test it before I head out. I have a good plan for it and I'm going to even contact cement space blankets into the lower section to improve heat retention.
