>>1079639Are you American? Do you guys seriously carry firearms in the wilderness? I'm not trying to be edgy, just that we have 'grizzlies' here too, we call them brown bears. In fact my country has the densest population of them in Europe I think (Estonia). Sure I make a wooden spear every time I take a long hike through the woods, but it is more of a 'safety' measure.
I should mention that bears are a real threat here tho. Not so much that you'd have to carry a a gun, but my brother's father-in-law got fucked up by a momma bear not half a mile away from his house. Managed to deter the beast by stabbing it in the nose with a stick, was in intensive care for a month.
