Something that is small (25 feet or less, preferably), easy to maintain/doesn't shit itself often (at least less frequently than other sailboats), and cheap to purchase of course. My plan would be to dock this boat for a while in the FL Keys or near the Everglades for a few months come back to work for another "season", and repeat. My budget would be around $40,000.
