Someone online had recommended a cheap hockey neck guard/bib for spring and fall riding, block some of the wind/rain/hail/snow/etc between jacket and helmet. Wish I knew about that about 8 years ago, because damn, that $12 neck guard made a huge difference in ride comfort through shit weather. Storm collar on the jacket does okay, but it leaks especially at highway speeds.
>>1751136I need to get a set of cases. Packed relatively light (Toolkit, FAK, radio, PLB, camelbak, camera, gatorade and some snacks) but I'd like to get that 15lbs off my back. May get a small tank bag as well. There's a few things that'll stay on me, but most of it I can consolidate to my jacket and stash the rest in cases.
