but if you get caught in the rain for any amount of time, you're going to get soaked.
I was deer hunting in Roscommon County over a Thanksgiving weekend several

their Carhartt gear, were trying to dry it out every evening over the fire while I had
no issues, beyond my old cotton hunting vest getting wet.
You're better off putting the money towards a true water proof GoreTex parka and getting
more reasonably priced gear for the rest (that Sitka stuff is way too expensive, IMO).
