>>1806867In the summer (and hopefully more in the fall this year) I've been focusing on muskie. 8' casting with 80# PPv2. Mostly bucktails.
Late fall/early winter I switch to steelhead, 10'6" spinning, considering a longer rod and a centerpin. Mostly drifting sacs, beads, etc but every so often I'll use a spinner and either my MH baitcaster in big water or in skinny water my 5'UL with 6# and that is successful often.
Winter ice fishing, mostly panfish and bass ponds, along with perch and an occasional trout outing.
Then early spring steelhead again, and then late spring until muskie opener I use my 7' M F rod with 15# braid or 8# mono for smallmouth bass. It's a pretty good life if I'm being honest.
