Front:
2" body blocks, 1" of torsion bar crank, only the bumper cover needs to be trimmed for tire clearance.
Rear:
S10 leaf springs.
Shocks:
KYB monomax's. front and back, Decent cheap OEM+ shocks.
you want to stay away from lift shackles, lift blocks, torsion keys etc etc, those things usually end up giving you all kinds of geometry/ handling grief.
as for the load, these vans are designed to handle decent loads stock so you shouldn't h ave to make major modifications. If you get a cargo van they usually have lower ring and pinion sets as well so they will move around better with weight.
