>>1592871What gets me about a lot of post-apoc movies is the "back to the stone age" technology angle. I think at worst we'd be reset to the late 19th/early 20th century technologically. It's not like everything that existed before the petro-economy is lost information.
Also the notion that all or most cars would be fucked after a nuclear explosion. They've actually tested this, and cars built well into the 00s were capable of surviving an EMP burst with the primary electrical systems in tact.
