I would add...bury at least 6in deep. should be down in the organic part of the soil to decompose. You can also wipe with smooth river rocks, packed snow, or some kinds of leaves (I've used mule's ear in Yosemite area)...better Leave No Trace etiquette and useful if you run out of TP.
