try doing a taut line hitch with paracord vs 36 bankline tarred. the initial knot will be tighter, and eventually the paracord will stretch which is definitely not a good quality of cordage.
infact the only reason paracord is popular is because you can make obscure shit out of it, and the military uses it so it has the hardcore factor.
the military uses it cause the military is cheap as fuck and has no need for better cordage, seriously get some fucking bankline.
