Where's the line of demarcation for "camping"? If you drive your car to a campground and sleep in a tent, that's certainly "camping": car-camping but still camping. Backpacking is "camping," just of a different sort.
But, what if you sleep in a tent in the backyard of a suburban tract house, is that camping? What about the people who "camp" in gigantic RV's? Is sleeping in an Airstream camping? What about a teardrop? Is sleeping in an non-stationary shelter (i.e. tent, car, trailer, RV [but not mobile home]) camping?
