I wonder if there is money in showing dangerous places that are vilified in society, as a guide. Get a discrete armored car and show people the most dangerous streets in Detroit. Guarantee action as part of the package. Find rich white patrons that'll pay 1k a person and drive them through the hood repping hostile gang colors until the car gets shot up. It's fully armored so none gets hurt. Maybe install water guns on the exterior that the patrons can control from the inside for their enjoyment.
