>>2264671The army destroyed my back and knees so I use UL packs/gear for anything over 20 miles. If I’m going on a shorter excursion or just need something more durable than a UL pack then I use my gen 2 ILBE. It’s heavy as fuck but the suspension is incredible and it’s by far the most durable pack I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never used Gregory but if it’s anything like Osprey then it’s got a mediocre suspension system and mediocre to sub-par durability. Also I’m not a teenager or poor so $200 isn’t a lot for me.
