As for the law, practically there are regions where camping laws don't really work and local authorities will let you do almost whatever you want. As long as you don't leave any traces and don't interrupt hunters (who are basically a special social caste - you have to be very cautious about their presence, since meeting them can end in getting a fine or worse). This includes regions with rich hiking traditions like Bieszczady mountains
