Anytime someone tries to kill Cape buffalo with a 454 Casull-or any pistol round-there’s a PH right behind him with a 700 NE double rifle ready and waiting in case everything doesn’t go absolutely perfect.
That’s not a ringing endorsement of its capability. It’s more a testament to the stubbornness of rich American pistol hunters with more money than sense and something stupid to prove.
You CAN kill a Cape Buffalo with a .22LR too. Doesn’t mean you want to.
