However, you'll not make wheat flour for backed goods and get a fine grind. It isn't meant for that, despite the people online buying it for that purpose. This is intended for milling wet or dry nixtamal (corn treated with an alkali). The grind consistency is like corn meal. When you filter it, you'll get cornmeal and grits. For grinding cracker-crisp dehydrated veggies and fruit it does a very good job and is everything I need to make pumpkin flour, pepper seasoning, soup mixes, etc.
I should probably take better photos of a better cornbread than this, but oh well. This is cornbread made from Blue Hopi corn that was turned into nixtamal and ground while still wet.
