Muscadine haul so far, minus maybe 4.5 cups already made into jam. I doubt this year will beat 2018 when I picked like 7 gallons of grapes, but it's a hell of a lot better than the small handful I got last year.
Anybody have a recipe for muscadine wine? I feel like if I just juice the grapes as is it won't be a very good ratio of fruit to finished product, but I don't know if adding water or white sugar or anything will make it worse.
