Pic related, the parka I wear. It goes just past my waist which helps prevent rain on my legs, and it's actually really thin so it works well even when it's humid and not too cold, but can easily fit a liner if I had to in really harsh weather since it's a bit baggy and made to be able to be worn with stuff under it.
