Okay, this is the loadout I would choose for a 1 week hunting excursion in Northern Arizona (somewhere within 50 or so miles of Flagstaff) around mid to late November. So long as it doesn't snow very heavily, I think I should be okay, and even if I fuck up and don't bag any game, I'll have some rations and fishing tackle. Also, it's kind of a heavy loadout, but once I break camp that won't be a huge issue.
