>>1781448You are hilarious... Spyderco come up with new steel's all the time. Benchmade changes everything except the blade steel/shape. however both do a normal ass flat grind on all there knives if i am not mistaken at 20° angle. Most other designers go with those wack hollow grinds which require a bit of knowledge on how to sharpen. otherwise $20 will get you knife akin to victronox swiss army. Only good to open boxes and letters...
> look into kershaw if you a quality Merrican' made knifeBoth of those are kershaw and in the categorie of "man jewellery" given the cost of what the machined blade zing goes for now since they stopped producing state side, and the damascus skyline has a titanium deep carry clip and spacer. Both of these have gone through more shit than any other knife mentioned here.
>>1781607Anything that has a flat blade grind. Otherwise, get what floats your boat as far a knife goes.
>get the spyderco tri-angle sharpmaker.Best sharpener on the planet. The scalpel pictured had absolutley no edge what so ever and is now back to surgical sharpness. When I bought the kershaw zing it was sent to me fresh from someones failed attempt at sharpening it on either a bench or belt grinder. That one is also surgical sharp and get abused on the daily. I work in metal fabrication and am using it to scribe steel and clean up welds when working.
