So I end up having to waste money cus I don't wanna eat a pound of kale everyday. Another option is to buy premade salads, which have a good daily portion but they are expensive. So I've been eating canned shit, for a dollar I can get a small can with a pop top that has enough portions for one person for one day. So my question is, out ofthese two options what should I get: Peas&carrots, or spinach. Or both. The spinach has more vitamins and shit, but do I need to cook it? The peas and cars taste better, but do they have enough vitamins?
