What can the government do? I have couple of spots in Oregon where I would like to build my own cabin. The ownership is mixed, one owner is in prison the other doesn't care and lives on the east coast. Can the government still show me off? What if forest services or cops come asking? It is very hard to point that it is a private property but it can be relatively easily proven.
