Kind of how it is now but turned up to 11. Rioters are given space to destroy, but if your blood alcohol level is 0.03% rather than the limit of 0.02%, you get dozens of hours of community service and thousands of dollars in fines. I don’t drink so it’s not me being bitter.
But yeah, take the hobo pill. A lot of it can be applied to the outdoors, and vice versa.
