i'm in 7b (lane county OR), and transplanted this guy about 2 weeks ago. Was pretty healthy and vigorous, but has been declining ever since.
i'm assuming it's because we've been having some cold/rainy weather, and not a lot of sun, but i'm not 100% sure.
i've got a few other seedlings that i held off on planting in the garden -- so if i have to cut my losses on this one, not a huge deal.. i just don't want to plant them and have them start dying though.
