>>380087I haven't done it for a few years, but yes I've done it. Not only the most difficult 14er I've done, but also my favorite. That famous knife's edge gave me a serious adrenaline rush. The ridge itself isn't very long but it's like a thousand feet straight fucking down. I traversed the ridge by crawling vertically, so I was never in any real danger, but I've heard of people walking across the damn thing. Crazy shit. Picture is not mine btw.
It's a pretty long hike too. We backpacked about 6 or 7 miles to a lake, camped, and summited the next day. By comparison I think I did Uncompahgre in 6 hours.
