>stocking firewood, landscapingAre you felling trees or something? Seriously, the axe/hatchet is going to outperform every time here, especially on the firewood. If you're cutting green firewood that means you're putting it up for next year, and processing WAY more wood than you should want to with your knife. It will take far more time and energy than a hatchet/axe will.
